7. Intellectual Property The Patch name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties Patch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate or appropriate.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patch and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages from user generated content, service interruptions, or data loss.

10. User Disputes Patch is not responsible for disputes between users. Any issues between users should be resolved between the parties involved.

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patch and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
